Position Overview
Delivers patient-focused care within a structured training framework.
Follows organizational protocols and guidelines to ensure safe and effective patient management.
Works collaboratively with multidisciplinary team members to evaluate and strategize patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Engage in clear communication with patients, their families, and colleagues.
Participate in the continuous evaluation and documentation of patient health conditions.
Assist in the formulation and assessment of individualized patient care strategies.
Optimize resource utilization to ensure high-quality care delivery.
Required Qualifications
Completion of an accredited nursing education program.
Recent experience in nursing practice.
Fluency in English or French.
Eligibility to practice nursing in Ontario, including Canadian citizenship or permanent residency.
Demonstrated skills in conflict resolution, effective communication, problem-solving, and teamwork.
Commitment to adhering to patient and staff safety protocols.
