Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at O'Connor's Meat Market. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and leading a team of store staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assigning duties to store staff and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently
  • Helping prepare work schedules and training store staff
  • Monitoring inventory levels and submitting reports to management
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving complaints
  • Ensuring merchandise is correctly priced and displayed
  • Assisting employees with daily duties, such as serving customers and maintaining store cleanliness

Requirements:

  • Secondary School Certificate
  • 1-2 years of work experience in customer service, food service, or retail sales
  • Prior supervisory or managerial experience is strongly preferred

What We Offer:

A competitive hourly wage of $28.50 and a 30-hour workweek in a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment.
