We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Heritage Asian Eatery. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including complete meals and individual items, to meet the demands of our restaurant.
- Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
- Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food products meet established standards of quality and presentation.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Work Setting: This role is based in a restaurant environment.
- Transportation: Own transportation is required for this role.
- Work Conditions: This role requires standing for extended periods and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependability: We are looking for someone who is reliable and can be counted on to perform their duties.
