Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to all patrons, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience in our restaurant.
- Cash Handling: Manage cash transactions, process payments, and maintain a secure and accurate cash handling system.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement to optimize sales and customer satisfaction.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and operations team to achieve sales goals, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure seamless customer service.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Language: Fluency in English
- Work Hours: 37 hours per week
