About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to join our team at Jardeg-Construction. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in preconstruction services, including site logistics, project scheduling, and budget development.
  • Manage site staffing, quality control, sub-trade coordination, and field cost control.
  • Determine construction methods, materials quantities, equipment, and work schedules.
  • Coordinate work with different crafts, company departments, and subcontractors.
  • Maintain relationships with engineering, estimating, and planning teams to ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, and schedules.
  • Monitor compliance with company and site safety programs and documents.
  • Take an active role in hiring, training, and monitoring field personnel.
  • Assist with project meetings and claim resolution.

Requirements:

  • 4-10 years of construction experience, with a minimum of 2-6 years in a supervisor capacity role.
  • Proficiency in structural concrete, steel, and timber frame construction.
  • Proven ability to manage project values $1M - 25M.
  • Proven ability to lead mid-sized teams.
  • Knowledge of construction engineering and design.
  • Knowledge of standard construction software and management processes.
