About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Business Analyst to join our team at Ontario Health. As a key member of our Digital Excellence in Health team, you will play a critical role in leading the development of business requirements and solutions that drive innovation and excellence in health care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the development of business requirements and solutions that align with our organization's strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure that business requirements are met and that solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Lead the development of business cases and proposals to support the implementation of new solutions and initiatives.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to stakeholders on business analysis and requirements management best practices.
  • Develop and maintain business requirements documentation, including business cases, functional requirements, and non-functional requirements.
  • Lead the development of solution prototypes and mock-ups to test and validate business requirements.
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure that business requirements are met and that solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Provide training and support to stakeholders on the use and integration of technology with business processes.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on business analysis and requirements management best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Health-related fields, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
  • 7+ years of experience in business analysis and requirements management.
  • 7+ years of experience in project management and/or vendor management.
  • Excellent knowledge of business analysis and requirements management best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
