About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our team of data scientists and analysts in developing and maintaining advanced risk models and forecasting tools. As a key member of our Retail Models & Analytics team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of cutting-edge analytics solutions that support our business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain advanced risk models and forecasting tools using machine learning and statistical techniques
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs
  • Lead the development and implementation of data visualization and business intelligence tools to support business decision-making
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in analytic roles developing and using predictive, risk, and/or forecasting models
  • Strong fundamental understanding of statistics and machine learning techniques
  • Highly proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, or SAS, and experience with big data platforms and integration
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
