Field Operations Coordinator - Oil and Gas Sector
Our client, a prominent player in the oil and gas sector, is seeking a Field Operations Coordinator for their remote office. This position offers a full-time contract with a structured work schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and allocate all fleet vehicles efficiently
- Coordinate the usage of spare parts, schedule maintenance services, and oversee site fuel card management
- Prepare month-end reports and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) utilizing Oplynx
- Utilize Maximo for the creation and completion of work orders
- Organize boardroom bookings, travel arrangements, and accommodation requests
- Handle invoice management, including coding, tracking, and facilitating approvals
- Complete daily financial records through Scada-PVR and PM Suite
- Support the site Foreman and operational team members
- Procure office supplies, personal protective equipment (PPE), and manage office equipment services
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administration within the oil and gas industry
- Preferred educational background in Accounting or Business Administration
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Basic understanding of the oil and gas industry
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Effective organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
