We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join our team at Chevron. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations.
- Payroll and Benefits: Process payroll and benefits for employees, including calculating salaries, bonuses, and other benefits.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
- Skills: Proficiency in accounting software, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills.
