Oak View Group is seeking a highly skilled Concession Operations Manager to join our team at the Tribute Communities Centre. As a key member of our concessions team, you will be responsible for assisting in the effective management and operation of our concessions stands, ensuring a high level of event oversight and technical proficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the managing, developing, and mentoring of staff for 5 concessions stands, in-seat service, and vending stations.
  • Actively supervise, coach, counsel, train, direct, and mentor employees in meeting company quality standards.
  • Initiate and authorize all employment actions, including hiring, training, promotion, transfer, discipline, suspension, and termination.
  • Ensure proper setup of all concession locations prior to doors opening, including verifying opening inventory, assigning duties to concession workers, and ensuring sanitation standards are met.
  • Provide a high level of oversight and operational expertise, resulting in the smooth, efficient, and profitable execution of events.
Requirements
  • Ability to communicate effectively with employees, co-workers, volunteers, management staff, and guests in a clear, professional, and courteous manner.
  • Ability to make sound business/operations decisions quickly and under pressure.
  • Solid working knowledge of computer applications, including Microsoft Office, POS systems, and timekeeping systems.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
  • Possess a thorough working knowledge of all existing concession locations, including geographical location, equipment, evacuation procedures, adjacent employee and guest areas, and facility access.
What We Offer

Oak View Group offers a competitive salary range of $48,000 to $50,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, and paid time off.
