About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Swamper to join our team at 1236566 B.C. Ltd. as a Truck Transport Labourer. As a key member of our transportation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of tools and equipment on push or hand cars.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transportation: Transport tools and equipment on push or hand cars, ensuring they are properly secured and delivered to their destination.
  • Freight Inspection: Conduct regular inspections of freight cars to identify any physical damage or cleanliness issues.
  • Load and Unload: Assist trucks and delivery drivers to load and unload vehicles, ensuring all items are properly secured and accounted for.
  • Warehouse Labour: Perform labouring duties in warehouses, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Security and Safety
  • Criminal Record Check: A criminal record check will be required for this position.
  • Work Term: This is a permanent full-time position, working 40 hours per week.
  • Work Language: English is the primary language spoken in this role.
