As a Loan Support Administrator, you will be responsible for reviewing loan modification forms, assisting loan officers and underwriters with loan processing tasks, and conducting regular audit reviews of loan modifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and verify loan modification forms for accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist loan officers and underwriters with data entry, verification, and file maintenance.
- Conduct regular audit reviews of loan modifications to identify errors and inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate the smooth flow of loan applications and approvals.
- Analyze audit findings and recommend corrective actions to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in the financial services industry.
- Intermediate experience working with Microsoft products, specifically Word, Excel, PDF, and Outlook.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet critical deadlines.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to work independently.
