Job Description

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our team. As a Sales Account Executive, you will play a critical role in building relationships with our clients, understanding their marketing goals, and delivering effective solutions to help them achieve success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage your time effectively and prioritize your work to focus on high-impact tasks
  • Conduct deep customer discovery and understand each buyer's personality and business goals
  • Create awareness of the importance of an influencer marketing strategy and the uniqueness of our solution
  • Gain control over the sales cycle and maintain close contact with customers throughout the process
  • Deliver effective discussions to help buyers determine if Modash is a good fit for their marketing goals
  • Report internally and analyze your success and plans of action
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in closing deals, preferably in a SaaS company or a similar consultative sales environment
  • Basic knowledge of B2B sales, challenger sale, and questions-based selling
  • Curiosity and empathy to be a good listener and understand client drivers
  • Resilience to overcome obstacles, rejection, and failures
  • Results orientation and a mindset of understanding performance, progress, and steps to achieve personal goals
  • Ambitious character with a high bar for achievement in work and life
  • Get-it-done attitude with the ability to find solutions and motivate yourself
