School Bus Driver Position OverviewWe are currently seeking experienced and dedicated School Bus Drivers to join our team in Victoria, B.C. As a School Bus Driver, you will play a vital role in transporting students to and from school safely and efficiently.
Why Choose This Opportunity?- Competitive starting wage of $24.75 per hour, with the potential for increased earnings based on route availability.
- $1200 New Hire Bonus available for Class 1 and 2 applicants. Please inquire with the Location Manager for details regarding bonus payment and expiration.
- Comprehensive training program provided, including paid training at $17 per hour to obtain your Class 2 license if you lack prior experience.
- Guaranteed minimum of 4 hours per day.
- Opportunities for additional hours through charter route assignments.

- Enjoy a predictable schedule with no nights or weekends, although weekend opportunities are available for those interested.
- Safely transport students to and from school, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure optimal safety and functionality.
- Provide assistance to students with boarding and exiting the bus, ensuring their well-being and comfort.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with dispatchers and school officials.
- Excellent verbal communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Minimum age of 21 years old.
- 3 years of unrestricted driving experience.
- Valid Class 2 Learner's Permit.
- Recent clear Vulnerable Sector Check.
- Successful completion of a Ministry-prescribed medical examination and background check.
