Compensation: The salary range for this position is between $88,990 and $127,923.

Role Overview:

The Capital Projects Coordinator will manage the design, construction, and commissioning phases for significant capital, upgrade, and operational projects at designated sites within the region.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Direct project design phases to ensure cost efficiency and adherence to building regulations
  • Serve as a point of contact between consultants and stakeholders
  • Engage in project scheduling and financial planning
  • Evaluate drawings and specifications for compliance with standards
  • Generate cost estimates and project documentation
  • Assess consultant and contractor performance
  • Authorize project invoices and claims
  • Supervise all phases of project construction
  • Facilitate project commissioning
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols

In accordance with the Occupational Health & Safety Program, maintain a secure work environment by identifying and mitigating hazards, ensuring proper employee training, and effectively responding to incidents.
