Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Join Canada Inc. as a Food Service Supervisor and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food preparation and service.
  • Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and prepare budget and cost estimates.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare food order summaries for the chef and supervise the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
