About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QAQC Team Member to join our team at BIS Safety Software. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and security in our software releases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a robust QA framework to drive better quality and more secure software releases
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality standards and objectives
  • Build and enhance our QA framework to embrace a 'Shift Left' philosophy
  • Develop and manage test cases, collaborating closely with both local and international teams
  • Introduce and implement automated testing strategies using tools like Playwright and Selenium
  • Coordinate the testing efforts, manage workloads, and track progress across multiple teams
  • Improve quality control processes to better align with compliance and risk management requirements
  • Monitor and measure QA-related metrics, including bug reduction, test coverage, and time-to-release
Requirements
  • 5+ years of QA experience
  • Proficiency in automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright)
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex system knowledge and understand the nuances of developing effective test cases
  • Experience with risk and compliance considerations in QA/QC processes
