The Role
The Appliance Service Technician is responsible for installing and providing diagnostics and repairs on a wide variety of appliances. This involves on-site repairs and repairs in our valued clients' homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify and accurately diagnose mechanical and electrical problems
- Prepare accurate estimates and explanations on all repairs
- Perform assigned and required repairs to customer products
- Travel to customers' homes to diagnose and repair appliances
Requirements
- Hold a current Journeyman Appliance Technician ticket
- Have a clean driver's abstract
- Enjoy working within a diverse team
- Have a strong sense of urgency
- Be proactive and demonstrate initiative by providing input and recommendations to continually improve the delivery of our customer experience
- Clear a security check
