The Sales Supervisor is tasked with managing all facets of merchandising, customer relations, and the daily functions of the store. Each supervisor is designated specific responsibilities in these areas and must also be ready to assist their teammates.
As an integral part of the management team, Sales Supervisors are essential in directing staff towards meeting company objectives and ensuring the efficient operation of the store.
Qualifications- Strong initiative and a readiness to assume responsibility
- Proven proficiency in merchandising and customer service with an emphasis on effectiveness
- Basic leadership and conflict resolution abilities are highly regarded
- Preference is given to candidates with a minimum of one year of retail management experience
- Positive and engaging leadership approach
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with company policies and procedures
Sales Supervisors will be expected to work 40 hours weekly, including flexible shifts from Monday to Sunday.
