About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Mobil Mart. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and cash wrap area
  • Restock shelves and maintain inventory levels to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive store environment

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous retail experience an asset
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
