Job Title: Site Reliability Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Site Reliability Engineer to join our growing HashiVault squad. As an SRE, you will be part of our strategy to offer more services and a better user experience to our clients.

The current squad has been running for 3 years and is based in North America. We are adding more engineers and require an SRE to help us create the same culture of ownership and independence that exists in our current squad.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement new features and deal with user requests
  • Reduce repeatable tasks and allow more time for strategic initiatives
  • Work with the Vault squad and wider Technology stakeholders to support the continuous improvement of our services
  • Enforce adherence to architectural standards and principles
  • Onboard new tools to support business needs and integrate with the Axelon Services Corporation ecosystem
Requirements:
  • Experience working with Kubernetes and Public Cloud (AWS and/or Azure)
  • Experience programming in Golang and/or Python
  • Operational and Engineering experience in managing applications and services in an enterprise environment
  • Technology security experience and excellent verbal and written communication skills
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience with HashiCorp Vault and Terraform products
  • Experience with CI/CD toolchains such as Maven/Jenkins/Gitlab and methodologies like GitOps
  • Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, CloudFormation, and Salt
