Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Ontario Inc.
Job Summary:The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods, supplies, and materials between departments, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Compile and organize orders and instructions received from customers
- Plan and coordinate operational logistics to meet business objectives
- Track and complete work orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery
- Monitor movement of supplies and materials between departments
- Prepare and submit reports on logistics activities
- Coordinate maintenance and repair work, ensuring equipment is functioning properly
- Maintain accurate work records and logs
- Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in logistics or a related field
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of MS Access, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Windows
The Logistics Coordinator will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
