As a Client Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in building strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Efficiently track and manage sales pipelines to ensure smooth progress through all stages.
  • Customer Communication: Communicate professionally with customers to foster satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Lead Follow-up: Promptly follow up on leads to maximize conversions.
  • Product Demos and Presentations: Conduct product demos and presentations to help customers make informed decisions.
  • Account Review: Regularly review customer accounts, recommending products/services that meet their needs.
  • Order Management: Oversee order status, installations, and contract execution for successful sales.
  • Conflict Resolution: Handle customer challenges with empathy and a solution-focused mindset.
  • Retention Initiatives: Engage in customer retention initiatives, such as loyalty programs or personalized outreach.
Requirements:
  • Availability: Must have Full-time availability.
  • Education: Diploma/Degree in Communications, Business, Advertising, and/or Sales is preferred.
  • Location: Must be able to commute to our Vancouver office daily as this is an in-person position.
  • Experience: Although not required, previous experience in customer service, customer support and/or sales positions is considered an asset.
