Key Responsibilities- Member Engagement: Greet members and guests warmly, creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages a positive culture within the club.
- Issue Resolution: Promptly and professionally resolve customer inquiries and concerns via in-person encounters, ensuring that issues are resolved to the member's satisfaction.
- Membership Management: Monitor member check-ins to identify delinquent accounts and take proactive steps to resolve any issues.
- Registration and Check-in: Ensure that members and guests are checked in using the proper registration procedures, maintaining accurate records and ensuring a smooth check-in process.
- Guest Services: Direct guests and appointments to the appropriate employee or department in a prompt and professional manner, ensuring that their needs are met.
- Club Promotion: Promote club events, group fitness classes, and other in-club activities to members and guests, encouraging participation and engagement.
- Administrative Tasks: Efficiently and effectively input and update daily cash reconciliation documents, process point-of-sale items, and distribute membership cards, parking decals, towels, and other materials as needed.
- Club Maintenance: Ensure that the club is maintained to a high standard, including cleanliness and organization.
- Customer Service Focus: A customer-centric approach with a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional service.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different situations and personalities.
- Teamwork: A positive attitude and a willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.) and knowledge of cash transaction processing procedures.
