We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Tech 3/4 to join our team at Williams Engineering Canada. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in assisting with various projects and contributing to the technical capability and production requirements of our Service Line.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with project coordination and provide exceptional customer service to internal and external project partners.
- Write reports and maintain a working knowledge of building codes.
- Assist with fee proposals and operate independently on routine projects.
- Review and complete complex mechanical systems drawings.
- Provide guidance and leadership to junior teammates and contribute to maintaining and improving quality control.
- Prepare technical designs for building mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, fire sprinkler, and fuel systems.
- Conduct site reviews and write reports of observations and conclusions.
- Typically a graduate of a 1-2 year technical certificate or diploma program in Mechanical Technology.
- 4 – 6 years of experience.
- May hold or be working towards a C.E.T. designation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
- Application knowledge of WE systems and programs, including MS Office 365, SharePoint, Deltek Vision, AutoCAD, and Revit MEP.
