Job Title: Rental Service Supervisor

Join National Car & Truck Sales and Rental as a Rental Service Supervisor and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Rental Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our rental business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales workers, authorizing payments, and ensuring the smooth operation of our rental services.

Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are meeting their targets
  • Authorize payments by cheque and maintain accurate records
  • Establish work schedules and ensure the team is working efficiently
  • Sell merchandise and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate stock levels
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to ensure the smooth operation of the rental business
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work in a retail environment. The successful candidate will be required to work on site and may be required to work extended hours during peak periods.
