Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at SAT Cleaning Services Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety, and managing a team of cleaning staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of cleaning staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective cleaning solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their cleaning needs and preferences.
  • Recruit, train, and evaluate cleaning staff to ensure they meet the company's standards.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the cleaning industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
