Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers and align with our company's culinary vision.
    • Estimate food requirements and manage inventory to minimize waste and optimize costs.
  • Culinary Operations
    • Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
    • Prepare special meals for patients with dietary restrictions, as instructed by dietitians or chefs.
    • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and motivate a team of cooks and kitchen staff to achieve exceptional results.
    • Provide guidance and training to ensure that team members have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Client Focus
    • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all customers receive a high-quality dining experience.

Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
