Senior Digital Art Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Art Director to join our team at Evolving Web. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for leading the development of innovative and engaging digital experiences for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement creative strategies for digital projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring concepts to life.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective design solutions.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, helping them to grow and develop their skills.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and excellence in our work.
- Work with clients to understand their needs and goals, developing tailored solutions that meet their objectives.
- 6+ years of experience in digital art direction, with a strong portfolio of work that demonstrates your skills and expertise.
- Demonstrable creative direction and strategic thinking, with a ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Compelling interactive and conceptual design, with an emphasis on quality user-centred web and digital products.
- Solid understanding of interaction design principles and usability practices.
- Experience in designing and prototyping with tools such as Figma, Sketch, and inVision.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
