We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Art Director to join our team at IMAGEMOTION. As a Senior Art Director, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects, primarily in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), fashion, and beauty categories, with renowned clients and brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute creative concepts for fashion, beauty, and CPG content photoshoots, ensuring visual excellence and alignment with our brand standards.
  • Collaborate with the content creation team to conceptualize and produce innovative visual content that engages brand audiences across multiple digital platforms.
  • Oversee photo shoots, video shoots, and illustrative pieces from ideation to delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality results.
  • Provide support during creative ideation and brainstorming activities, contributing to the development of compelling visual content.
  • Manage digital assets and visual content prior to publication by our digital department, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Participate in brainstorms, ensure quality control across all projects, and troubleshoot issues when necessary.
  • Foster and grow relationships with content creators who can contribute to ongoing projects and productions.
  • Perform art direction duties as needed for various in-house projects, driving creative excellence and consistency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Art Direction, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative vision and expertise.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling and the ability to develop compelling creative concepts.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency in digital asset management and visual content creation tools.
