Family Support Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in empowering families within our community by offering guidance, resources, and support during challenging times.

Responsibilities
  • Build trusting relationships with families and individuals seeking assistance.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand family needs and challenges.
  • Develop individualized support plans tailored to each family's unique circumstances.
  • Connect families with relevant community resources, such as housing, healthcare, and education services.
  • Provide guidance and counseling on a range of issues, including parenting skills, conflict resolution, and stress management.
