Job Title: Director, Financial Planning

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Financial Planning, to lead our financial planning and analysis team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing financial plans, analyzing financial data, and providing strategic recommendations to senior management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial plans, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to senior management on financial planning and analysis.
  • Lead the financial planning and analysis team to ensure effective and efficient financial planning processes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and tools to support financial planning and analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
Requirements
  • University degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning and analysis principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Language proficiency in English and French (BBB).
