Senior Manager, Digital Acquisition & Analytics

About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Senior Manager to lead our digital acquisition and analytics efforts. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for building and executing a data-driven strategy to drive customer acquisition and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital acquisition strategy, leveraging data and analytics to inform decision-making.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure campaign success.
  • Collaborate with data analysts to design and implement data tracking and analytics solutions.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in marketing, analytics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in management consulting, customer analytics, or marketing intelligence.
  • 3-5 years of experience with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics (360 or GA4).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working with media teams on pixel implementation and tag management systems.
  • SEO proficiency and website strategy/user journey development.
