Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Insurance Legal Assistant to join our team at The Hiring Partner Inc. As an Insurance Legal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our insurance litigation team by scheduling appointments, maintaining filing systems, and preparing correspondence and legal documents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and Confirm Appointments: Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to schedule appointments and confirm details.
  • Maintain Filing System: Organize and maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems for insurance claims and litigation documents.
  • Prepare Correspondence and Legal Documents: Prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents, including insurance claims and litigation-related documents.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in insurance litigation or a related field.
Work Environment

This is a hybrid work arrangement, with a mix of remote and in-office work. The successful candidate will be required to work 35 hours per week.
