Overview

The IT Integration Manager is responsible for overseeing the seamless integration of information technology systems within the organization. This role involves managing a team of IT professionals to ensure efficient project execution and operational excellence.

Education

Key Responsibilities
  • Delegate IT initiatives to systems analysts, programmers, and technical staff.
  • Coordinate the design and implementation of new IT systems and services.
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Assess operational performance and implement improvements.
  • Manage budget planning and expenditure oversight.
  • Organize and streamline daily operational activities.
  • Recruit and train IT personnel.
  • Review operational reports to ensure compliance with technical specifications.
  • Supervise and mentor computer analysts, engineers, and programmers.
  • Establish and enforce policies and procedures for information systems.
  • Authorize product and service specifications development.
  • Engage with clients to clarify system requirements and project timelines.
  • Handle incident management and provide ongoing client support.
  • Coordinate and evaluate projects and programs.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Responsible for managing a team of 5-10 individuals.
