About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Integration Manager to join our team at GV Immigration Services Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the integration of IT systems and services to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Assign and coordinate IT projects to systems analysts, programmers, and other computer technicians to ensure timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • IT System Design and Deployment: Coordinate the design and deployment of new IT systems and services to meet the needs of our organization.
  • Operational Oversight: Direct and control daily operations, including evaluating daily operations and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Financial Management: Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Staff Management: Supervise computer analysts, engineers, programmers, technicians, and other personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties.
  • Training and Development: Train staff on new IT systems and services to ensure they are proficient in their use.
  • Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures for information systems to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
  • Client Communication: Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines to ensure their needs are met.
  • Incident Management: Manage incidents and provide ongoing support to clients to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in IT project management or a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills; flexibility; organized; values and ethics; proactive.
