Job Title: IT Integration Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Integration Manager to join our team at GV Immigration Services Inc.

Job Summary

The IT Integration Manager will be responsible for overseeing the integration of IT systems and services, ensuring seamless operations and efficient use of resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign and coordinate IT projects to systems analysts, programmers, and other computer technicians
  • Direct and control daily operations, including planning, organizing, and evaluating tasks
  • Supervise staff, including computer analysts, engineers, programmers, technicians, and other personnel
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for information systems
  • Authorize the development of specifications for products or services
  • Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines
  • Manage incidents and provide ongoing support to clients
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 1-2 years of experience in IT integration or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
Work Environment

The IT Integration Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload.
