Position Overview

Join our dedicated team at Nanaimo Family Resource Programs as a Child and Adolescent Care Worker. This permanent role involves working with youth in a supportive environment, ensuring their well-being and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work Schedule: Full-time, 38 to 48 hours per week
  • Language: English
  • Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and safe living environment
  • Meal Preparation: Assist in preparing nutritious meals for clients
  • Client Supervision: Oversee activities of residents in group homes and transitional housing
  • Support for Special Needs: Provide assistance to clients with unique requirements

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in a related field or equivalent experience
