Job Title: Butcher Retail Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Butcher Retail Specialist to join our team at MECCA HALAL MEATS AND GROCERY. As a key member of our meat department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring the highest quality of halal meats and products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and prepare meats for processing and cutting
  • Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat
  • Weigh and price meat products
  • Cut poultry into parts
  • Sell meats to customers and provide recommendations
  • Grind meats and prepare special displays
  • Train and mentor meat cutters and sales associates
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in the field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
