Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Plant Manager to oversee our production facility at Ya YA Foods Corp. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in managing manufacturing operations within the food and beverage industries.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in a managerial role within a manufacturing environment
Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate production schedules and assign duties to ensure optimal operations
  • Assess daily production activities and implement improvements
  • Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to avoid shortages
  • Organize and oversee daily operational activities
  • Conduct quality control inspections to maintain product standards
  • Recruit, mentor, and train staff on new equipment and production methods
  • Maintain organized inventory systems
  • Plan and execute modifications to machinery, production systems, and work methodologies
  • Develop and manage departmental budgets
