Plant Operations Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Operations Manager to join our team at Atkore. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for directing and managing the day-to-day activities of our manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality.
- Lead a team of production staff and provide guidance and support to ensure successful execution of manufacturing plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business results.
- Develop and manage budgets to ensure cost-effective operations.
- Implement and maintain a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Provide leadership and training to employees to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including employees, management, and customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, engineering, or operations management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or operations management role.
- Proven track record of improving efficiency, productivity, and quality in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles and tools.
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial management.
