Job Title: Baker

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at The Kingbridge Centre. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods, including bread, pastries, and cakes.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare dough and batters for various baked goods, following recipes and special customer orders.
  • Bake and decorate cakes and pastries, ensuring high-quality products.
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Draw up production schedules to meet demand and ensure efficient workflow.
  • Ensure that all products meet established quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
