About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Actuarial Consultant to join our team in Canada Wealth Solutions. As a key member of our retirement consulting team, you will play a critical role in supporting client teams who are passionate about managing the financial risk of their client's retirement programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects and delegate tasks to junior colleagues
  • Provide technical leadership on clients and communicate complex technical topics
  • Review work for accuracy and reasonableness, and take ownership of some projects and issues
  • Proactively initiate and lead discussions, and ensure the team follows through on tasks
  • Draft original materials, such as letters and reports, with some guidance
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in pension plan consulting or a related field
  • English written and spoken
  • Organization skills, rigour, and thoroughness
  • Proficient in MS Office software (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
