Your Role at Trim Landscaping
As an experienced Hardscape Crew Leader, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward. You will be entrusted with tasks and projects within your team, requiring minimal supervision. Your problem-solving skills and willingness to make decisions will be essential for your growth and learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 2-3 laborers.
- Train new team members on effective techniques.
- Oversee hardscape construction projects, including patios, walkways, retaining walls, driveways, decks, fences, water features, and outdoor structures.
- Prepare work areas by clearing debris, grading land, and ensuring proper drainage.
- Coordinate project schedules and resources for efficient workflow and timely project completion.
- Engage with clients professionally, providing guidance and addressing concerns to ensure satisfaction.
- Adhere to safety protocols and local building codes to maintain a safe work environment.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with effective team management skills.
- Strong knowledge of hardscape materials and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- A valid driver's license.
