Your Role at Trim Landscaping

As an experienced Hardscape Crew Leader, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward. You will be entrusted with tasks and projects within your team, requiring minimal supervision. Your problem-solving skills and willingness to make decisions will be essential for your growth and learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 2-3 laborers.
  • Train new team members on effective techniques.
  • Oversee hardscape construction projects, including patios, walkways, retaining walls, driveways, decks, fences, water features, and outdoor structures.
  • Prepare work areas by clearing debris, grading land, and ensuring proper drainage.
  • Coordinate project schedules and resources for efficient workflow and timely project completion.
  • Engage with clients professionally, providing guidance and addressing concerns to ensure satisfaction.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and local building codes to maintain a safe work environment.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with effective team management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of hardscape materials and equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • A valid driver's license.
