About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Specialist to join our team at KOAJI Cares Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with Patient Care: Provide support with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Perform Administrative Tasks: Deliver messages, reports, and requisitions between departments, and maintain inventory of supplies.
  • Support Medical Procedures: Assist with preparing patients for surgery, administering first aid in emergency situations, and collecting specimens.
  • Provide Transportation: Transport patients between care facilities, and in wheelchairs or stretchers as needed.
  • Monitor Patient Well-being: Take patients' blood pressure, temperature, and pulse, and answer call signals to determine patients' needs.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
