Join Our Team as a Senior Engineering Project Manager

Tatham Engineering is a Canadian employee-owned consulting engineering firm that specializes in various engineering disciplines. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineering Project Manager to join our Structural - Buildings group.

About the Role
  • Lead structural engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Oversee the production of structural drawings, develop repair details and specifications, and prepare construction tender and contract documents.
  • Conduct site visits, prepare reports, and provide recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior staff and ensure quality control of their work.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, building officials, and municipal agencies to maintain and expand our client base.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to grow our Structural - Buildings group.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of structural engineering experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of the Ontario Building Code (Part 4 and Part 9).
  • Proficiency in structural analysis and design software.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under minimal supervision.
