Facilities Maintenance Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at Comfort INN & Suites. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our guest rooms and public areas.
Key Responsibilities- Room Preparation: Ensure that all guest rooms are thoroughly cleaned and prepared for occupancy, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities.
- Housekeeping Operations: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of public areas, including the lobby, hallways, and common spaces.
- Guest Services: Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Lost and Found: Handle and report lost and found items in a secure and efficient manner.
- Supply Management: Maintain an adequate supply of cleaning materials and amenities, and report any shortages to management.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: Will train.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
