Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Money Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our branch network, you will play a vital role in building relationships with our members, providing expert advice on personal and commercial banking, and identifying opportunities for growth and development.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with credit union members, including seeking out new business opportunities and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Provide comprehensive account services, including processing transactions, identifying deposit and investment needs, and resolving account issues.
- Proactively connect with members to understand their financial goals and objectives, and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Collaborate with branches and other departments to ensure a seamless member experience and drive business growth across the credit union.
- Represent Beem Credit Union as a positive community partner, building relationships with local businesses and organizations.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales and service-oriented role.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently.
- Self-initiative and drive to continuously develop and improve skills and knowledge.
- Degree or diploma in Business or Finance is preferred, but not required.
