Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Money Advisor. As a Money Advisor, you will be responsible for building relationships with credit union members, providing full-cycle account services, and identifying opportunities for additional business.
Key Responsibilities- Build relationships with credit union members, including seeking out new members and opening new accounts.
- Provide full-cycle account services, including processing general banking transactions, identifying and processing deposits, investment and lending needs, and resolving account issues.
- Proactively connect with members to identify needs and seek opportunities for additional business.
- Collaborate with branches and other departments to ensure a superior member experience and increase business across the credit union.
- Build and maintain a professional network within the branch and local community, representing Beem Credit Union as a positive community partner.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales and service-oriented role.
- Excellent customer service and strong relationship building abilities.
- Entrepreneurial and collaborative spirit.
- Self-initiative in driving your career and personal development.
- Degree or diploma in Business or Finance is preferred; general understanding of retail banking principles is an asset.
