Key Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with credit union members, identifying their financial needs and providing personalized solutions.
  • Process general banking transactions, deposits, investments, and lending needs, ensuring a seamless member experience.
  • Proactively connect with members to identify opportunities for additional business and strengthen their banking relationships with Beem Credit Union.
  • Collaborate with branches and other departments to ensure a superior member experience and increase business across the credit union.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a sales and service-oriented role.
  • Excellent customer service and strong relationship building abilities.
  • Entrepreneurial and collaborative spirit.
  • Self-initiative in driving your career and personal development.
